Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Annavaram for a Technical Customer Support (TCS) Specialist. The TCS Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through various communication channels. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with product-related inquiries, documenting support interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and document support interactions effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Prior experience in customer support roles, particularly in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or related certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
