Role: Digital Media Sales Head & Client Service (International Market)
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales strategy and drive revenue growth in international digital media markets.
Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction & retention.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in digital advertising & media solutions.
Manage client service teams for seamless campaign execution & delivery.
Collaborate across teams to align sales, marketing, and operations.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver actionable business insights.
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in digital media sales & client servicing.
Strong exposure to international markets (US/UK/Europe preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Proven leadership skills with ability to drive growth & achieve sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms & programmatic advertising.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager in Digital Media Sales and Client Servicing, based on-site in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, overseeing sales management, and executing digital media and digital marketing strategies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
