About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-commerce operation head to manage our operations team and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, team-handling experience, and good knowledge of e-commerce portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the e-commerce operations team (catalog, listings, orders, returns, customer queries, etc.).
  • Manage all E-commerce team.
  • Monitor daily tasks and ensure timely completion with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, etc.
  • Ensure proper listing, price updates, promotions, and account management activities.
  • Track order processing, return management, and claim filing.
  • Maintain team discipline, performance, and workflow.
  • Provide training and support to team members when required.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with management to achieve targets and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or account management.
  • Prior experience in team handling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and seller panels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
