**Job Title**:E-Commerce Executive**

**Department**: E-Commerce / Online Sales
**Reports To**: E-Commerce Manager / Head of Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Catalog Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
- **Advertising & Promotions**:

- Plan and execute online ad campaigns and discount strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure smooth order processing, tracking, and timely dispatch.
- **Sales & Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Suggest strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.
- **Payment Reconciliation**:

- Verify payment reports from marketplaces and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance teams for timely settlements.
- **Brand Growth & Marketplace Relationship**:

- Implement strategies to improve brand visibility and ranking.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers for better support and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio (or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of advertising tools and platform policies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
