**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **E-Commerce Trainer** who can train freshers and executives on e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and digital selling strategies. The trainer will design modules, conduct sessions, and ensure the team is well-equipped with practical skills to manage seller accounts, listings, ads, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
- Design training modules on product listing, catalog management, pricing, promotions, ads, and reporting.
- Provide hands-on demos using seller panels, dashboards, and real-time examples.
- Train team members on marketplace policies, compliance, and new platform updates.
- Conduct assessments and share feedback to improve trainee performance.
- Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, tools, and strategies to enhance training content.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to align training with company needs.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel).
- Hands-on experience in cataloging, ads (sponsored ads, campaigns), inventory management, and returns handling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical way.
- Good command of Excel & reporting tools.
- Prior experience in training/coaching will be an added advantage.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- **2-5 years of experience** in e-commerce operations, account management, or marketplace management.
- Experience as a trainer or mentor preferred but not mandatory (if strong operations background).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
