Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Operations Associate.

The Business Operations Associate will support the
Business Operations function and the
leadership team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role ensures seamless day-to-day functioning across travel, procurement, event planning, executive support and internal communications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel, and expense reports for assigned leaders/team.
  • Coordinate vendor and procurement activities, including purchases, documentation, and payments.
  • Support event and meeting logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Liaise with Finance for expense tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain communication, documentation, and data for internal teams.
  • Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in executive/operations support.
  • Strong communication, coordination and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google suite tools and basic documentation.
  • Organized, proactive, flexible and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative and team player.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
