
Renewal Executive/Health Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing customers to remind and assist with their upcoming health insurance renewals.
- Provide accurate policy details, renewal benefits, premium amounts, and other relevant information.
- Address customer queries and concerns related to policy coverage, documents, or renewal processes.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional coverage or top-ups, where appropriate.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and renewal status in the CRM system.
- Follow up diligently with clients until renewal is completed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, customer service, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and IRDAI regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- 12 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / insurance renewals.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and [local/regional languages].
- Basic understanding of health insurance products (training will be provided).
- Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
