The Offer

  • Health & Motor Insurance Sales Executive

The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell health and motor insurance policies to customers through various channels (field sales, tele-sales, online platforms, etc.)
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide detailed information about insurance policies, terms, and conditions
  • Follow up with clients for renewals, queries, and policy servicing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Stay updated with insurance industry trends and products
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to retain business

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Attractive incentives/commissions

Travel allowance (if applicable)

Performance-based bonuses


Growth Opportunities:

Potential for promotion to Team Leader/Managerial roles based on performance

Training & development support provided

The Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing)
  • Proven sales experience in insurance products preferred
  • Strong understanding of health and motor insurance products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems)
