About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver world-class support to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
  • Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex problems to higher authorities when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet performance metrics like call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
  • Experience: 0 2 years in a voice process or customer support role.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Availability: Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
