About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Executives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset to deliver world-class support to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex problems to higher authorities when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet performance metrics like call quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Experience: 0 2 years in a voice process or customer support role.
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Availability: Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
