Chef de Partie – Continental Kitchen

Location: Kandivali West

Every Morning Cartel is hiring an experienced
Chef de Partie (CDP)
to join our culinary team.

Requirements (non-negotiable):

  • 3–4+ years of professional kitchen experience in
    Continental/European cuisine
    .
  • Strong foundation in
    pasta from scratch, authentic pizza dough, and classic desserts
    .
  • Prior experience at a professional restaurant as
    CDP or Commi 1 (minimum)
    .
  • Ability to manage a section independently with speed, precision, and discipline.
  • Must be capable of maintaining
    food cost controls
    and preparing
    detailed SOPs and reports
    for management.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plate high-quality pasta, pizza, and desserts consistently.
  • Ensure proper portioning, wastage control, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily prep, stock, and food cost.
  • Submit reports and updates to management regularly.
  • Collaborate with the team and mentor junior staff.
