About the Role:

At Avatar Studios we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR, Accounts & Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day operations across three critical functions: Human Resources, Accounting, and Administration. The ideal candidate should have a well-rounded skill set, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational skills to support the smooth functioning of the office and compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do:

In HR -

  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  • Administer and process payroll, including statutory deductions (PT).
  • Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.

In Accounts –

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

In Admin –

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility management
  • Ensure the smooth running of office operations daily
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Manage document filing, courier handling, and communication flow
  • Support IT, maintenance, and other internal teams as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, accounting tools, Excel, and TALLY.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Kannada language knowledge is a must.
