Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Pithampur, M.P.

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager

Objective:

To attract, source, and hire the right talent for the organization by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business needs, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face) with shortlisted candidates.
  • Negotiate offers, release offer letters, and follow up until joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly hiring status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws during recruitment.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives through career fairs, social media, and job postings.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software/ATS.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions within tight timelines.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (manufacturing/engineering industry preferred).
  • Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring will be an added advantage.
