Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Indore. Qualifications

  • Experience with sourcing and screening candidates
  • Proficiency in coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
