Role & responsibilities

  • Draft and implement company policies, procedures, and HR systems
  • Prepare employment contracts/agreements for engineers, supervisors, and staff
  • Maintain attendance, punctuality, and discipline of employees and site teams
  • Develop and enforce on-site and office-level coordination systems
  • Ensure timely filing of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and statutory documents
  • Maintain records of labour, staff, and subcontractor compliance
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings, compliance audits, and inspections
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, ID cards, and joining formalities
  • Monitor leave management, roster scheduling, and manpower records
  • Support management in handling disciplinary issues and HR grievances
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for labour documentation
  • Maintain and update MIS reports and HR records
  • Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Accounts, and Site Teams
  • Represent the company for compliance-related queries with clients or authorities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Graduate in HR / Administration / Commerce / Management
  • Experience: 26 years in HR/Admin/Compliance (construction industry preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and compliance
  • Experience in drafting contracts and company policies
  • Good coordination and reporting skills
  • Ability to deal with site teams, labour, and clients
  • Strong follow-up, discipline, and documentation habits
