Role & responsibilities
- Draft and implement company policies, procedures, and HR systems
- Prepare employment contracts/agreements for engineers, supervisors, and staff
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and discipline of employees and site teams
- Develop and enforce on-site and office-level coordination systems
- Ensure timely filing of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and statutory documents
- Maintain records of labour, staff, and subcontractor compliance
- Coordinate and attend client meetings, compliance audits, and inspections
- Handle onboarding, documentation, ID cards, and joining formalities
- Monitor leave management, roster scheduling, and manpower records
- Support management in handling disciplinary issues and HR grievances
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for labour documentation
- Maintain and update MIS reports and HR records
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Accounts, and Site Teams
- Represent the company for compliance-related queries with clients or authorities
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate in HR / Administration / Commerce / Management
- Experience: 26 years in HR/Admin/Compliance (construction industry preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and compliance
- Experience in drafting contracts and company policies
- Good coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to deal with site teams, labour, and clients
- Strong follow-up, discipline, and documentation habits
