Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting and selling suitable life insurance products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their insurance needs, providing relevant information about products, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves providing training and guidance to junior sales staff.

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Any post graduate degree and an fresher
  • Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage
