About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage 24x7 Helpdesk operations for the AsPac region. The role focuses on live monitoring of Command Center applications, handling employee transport coordination, and ensuring timely resolution of workplace and transport-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and Corrigo Portal requests related to transport and workplace services.
  • Monitor transport movements, routes, and driver behaviour using Command Center tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and employees to ensure smooth pick-up/drop operations.
  • Manage transport incidents or delays and take corrective action as per SOPs.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports trip status, incident reports, transport utilization, and pending WOs.
  • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance for all transport requests and service delivery.
  • Liaise with regional and local teams for issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (IT/ITES/Hospitality/Transport preferred).
  • Excellent communication skill written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Corrigo Portal.
  • Knowledge of employee transport operations and routing systems preferred.
  • Customer-centric, vigilant, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to remain at a workstation for extended periods.
