Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining records of customer interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Experience in the elder care industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
