About Us:

We are a leading dental clinic committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team and help enhance patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for appointment booking, rescheduling, follow-ups, and general patient inquiries.
  • Manage patient interactions through CRM systems and WhatsApp effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update CRM regularly.
  • Provide clear, polite, and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating issues to the relevant team when needed.
  • Support marketing campaigns or promotions through calls and messages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecalling/Customer Support agent, preferably in healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle calls efficiently, including appointment management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and patient management software.
