We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team and help enhance patient experience through effective communication and follow-up.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing calls for appointment booking, rescheduling, follow-ups, and general patient inquiries.Manage patient interactions through CRM systems and WhatsApp effectively.Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update CRM regularly.Provide clear, polite, and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.Assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating issues to the relevant team when needed.Support marketing campaigns or promotions through calls and messages.Requirements:Proven experience as a Telecalling/Customer Support agent, preferably in healthcare.Hands-on experience with CRM software and WhatsApp Business tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.Ability to multitask and handle calls efficiently, including appointment management.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is an advantage.Familiarity with scheduling and patient management software.What We Offer:Friendly and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth and skill development.Performance-based incentives.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundWork from homeWork Location: In person
