Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

Role Overview:

As an Associate – Driver Development, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating with Cityflo's driver partners (blue-collar workforce). The role will focus on building strong engagement, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting drivers with their day-to-day requirements. Fresh graduates and MBA (HR) candidates with strong people skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for driver partners and handle their queries, concerns, and escalations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers to ensure engagement and retention.

Coordinate daily schedules, onboarding, and attendance of drivers.

Support in training sessions, orientation programs, and policy communication.

Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and adherence to company guidelines.

Work closely with the operations and HR teams to ensure driver satisfaction and smooth functioning.

Maintain accurate data, records, and reports related to drivers.

Provide support in grievance handling and conflict resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA in HR / Graduate (Freshers / Interns are welcome).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written).

Ability to connect well with blue-collar employees and build trust.

Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy.

Basic MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge.

Flexibility to be on-ground and coordinate directly with drivers.
