Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Linux Engineer to develop and maintain Yocto-based Embedded Linux distributions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and customizing Board Support Packages (BSPs) for target hardware.

  • Develop and maintain Yocto-based Embedded Linux distributions.
  • Design, implement, and customize Board Support Packages (BSPs) for target hardware.
  • Work on Linux kernel, bootloaders, and device drivers.
  • Optimize system performance, boot time, and memory usage.
  • Implement and maintain secure boot and update mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with hardware and application teams for system integration.
  • Provide debugging and root cause analysis for system-level issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this position:

  • Strong experience in Embedded Linux BSP development.
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Yocto Project.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux kernel, bootloaders (U-Boot, etc.), and device drivers.
  • Proficiency in C programming and cross-compilation toolchains.
  • Strong understanding of embedded hardware architectures.
  • Experience with build systems, version control (Git), and debugging tools.
