We're Hiring: Female Telesales Representative cum Office Administrator – Kozhikode

We're looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Telesales Representative cum Office Admin to join our team at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode.

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to follow up with customers and new leads
  • Coordinate with field sales executives to schedule appointments and product demonstrations
  • Manage sales inquiries, maintain customer databases, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist in basic office administration tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to closure
  • Support daily operations of the Smart Home Experience Center

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in sales, telecalling, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English, and Hindi preferred)
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain offerings clearly
  • Good problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management software
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in office administration or front-desk management is an advantage
  • Basic understanding or interest in smart home and IoT products will be a plus
