About the Role:

We are looking for an artistic, performance-driven, and storytelling-oriented Senior Digital Marketer to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strategy — someone who not only understands data and performance marketing but can also create emotionally engaging brand stories that inspire audiences and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize Performance Marketing and Brand Awareness Campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.


• Develop and run high-quality brand ad campaigns that enhance visibility and brand equity.


• Create and implement social media posting strategies, content calendars, and audience engagement plans.


• Craft powerful storytelling content for ad scripts, social media, and video marketing.


• Manage LinkedIn content strategy including posts, articles, and page optimization.


• Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad managers.


• Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.


• Stay updated on digital trends, emerging ad formats, and AI-driven marketing tools.


• Be open to appearing in brand videos, reels, or campaign visuals as part of storytelling initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualities:


• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Brand Campaign Management.


• Deep understanding of ad strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.


• Strong storytelling ability and artistic creativity in campaign planning.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.


• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Studio, etc.


• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.


• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.


• Energetic, passionate, and eager to experiment with new creative approaches.
