Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist (On-site Role)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital growth initiatives and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should be experienced in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy, with the ability to create and execute innovative campaigns that elevate brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Develop and publish engaging content, including blogs, promotional material, and email campaigns.
  • Design and create job posters, ad creatives, and social media posts using personal creativity.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop growth strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Proficiency in blog writing, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Creative design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) for posters and marketing visuals.
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Must provide a portfolio of previous marketing campaigns or creative work.
