We are in search of an experienced Business Development Manager for our digital marketing agency, equipped with a solid track record in international B2B sales within the digital realm. The ideal candidate will possess over 6 years of experience, demonstratingexpertise in digital marketing strategies, client acquisition, and partner collaboration. In this role, the candidate will be tasked with spearheading sales initiatives, achieving revenue goals, devising comprehensive digital marketing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and fostering collaboration with partners to drive business growth.
1.   Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing sales strategy for international clients aligned with company objectives. 2.   Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space, including lead generation, client pitches, and contract negotiations. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners. 1.   Collaborate with internal teams to tailor digital marketing solutions to meet client needs and objectives. 2.   Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. 3.   Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of digital marketing projects, tracking progress and performance using CRM tools. 4.   Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships. Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing activities, successes, and challenges to senior management.
Qualification 1.   Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.   Minimum of 3 years of experience in international business development within a digital marketing agency or related industry. 3.   Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools. 4.   Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing digital marketing clients. 5.   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6.   Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management processes.
