Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Kottayam. The incumbent will provide high-quality customer support and service, handle customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role involves building strong relationships with customers and working closely with different teams to provide effective solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Ensuring adherence to company protocols and maintaining customer records are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Capability in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service Management for handling queries, complaints, and resolution processes.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment, with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with financial services or prior experience in the industry would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) for effective communication is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
