Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the plastic or paper manufacturing industry, with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Coordinate with sales team and management to track leads, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, order status updates, and MIS.
- Follow up with customers for payments, order confirmations, and queries.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support in acquiring new customers.
- Documentation & Order Processing:
- Manage sales documentation including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Data & Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Track sales targets, forecasts, and highlight any deviations.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related field).
- 2+ years of sales coordination/inside sales experience, preferably in plastic or paper manufacturing industry.
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM usage skills.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
