Job Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive IT Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our software solutions, and converting prospects via phone calls. Your goal will be to drive software adoption among dealers, architects, and industry professionals.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Call potential customers from the provided leads database.
  • Present and explain software solutions clearly over the phone.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend how MakQuick can solve them.
  • Follow up on leads consistently to convert into active users.
  • Maintain CRM records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to the manager.
  • Requirements:Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic understanding of software or IT tools (training will be provided).
  • Confidence in handling sales objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
