Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team at our exlcusive store of Samsonite & American Tourister. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luggage features, brands, and travel accessories
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Manage stock levels, displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized
  • Handle billing, returns, and exchanges professionally
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Ability to work in a team and flexible with work shifts
