Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Executive based in Chennai, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting products, building positive relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the company's mission of delivering smart leasing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to drive revenue growth
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Relationship Building to foster trust and loyalty
  • Excellent Communication skills, including listening and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge or experience in the leasing or home essentials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
