Influencer Marketing Executive
to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through high-impact influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage
    influencers, content creators, and brand advocates
    across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Develop and execute
    influencer marketing campaigns
    aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and category strategies.
  • Track and analyze
    campaign performance metrics
    such as
    ROI, engagement rate, conversion rate, CTR, reach, and impressions
    .
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers to ensure
    cost-effective campaigns
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, performance, and content teams to ensure
    integrated digital campaigns
    .
  • Create regular
    reports and dashboards
    highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Research new influencer trends, competitor activities, and upcoming creators for brand partnerships.
  • Ensure
    authentic content creation
    that resonates with the target audience while driving measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Campaign Management.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media platforms
    (Instagram, YouTube etc.) and creator ecosystems.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on
    ROI, conversion rate, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
    .
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills with influencers and agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in
    Excel, Google Analytics, or influencer marketing tools
    .
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for content trends and consumer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
