Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding and promoting the company's products, providing technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, and proposing appropriate solutions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the products.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in system design and an understanding of relevant technologies
- Sales and marketing skills with a focus on technical product promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in the telecommunications, defence, aerospace, or power and utilities industry is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
