About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced Direct Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in IT and CRM software. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to initiate contact and qualify potential clients
- Understand and analyze customer needs, challenges, and business processes
- Present tailored product demonstrations of our CRM solution based on client requirements
- Prepare customized quotations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction
Your Profile
- Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized with a proactive and results-driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Genuine interest in IT, CRM, and business software solutions
Nice to Have
- Degree with 1+ years of experience in sales or consultancy
- Previous experience in direct sales, business development, or IT consultancy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
