Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and acquiring new domestic clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will play a key role in driving business growth by understanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the domestic market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized business solutions.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to deliver quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or client handling, preferably in the domestic market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11, ₹40,048.98 per month
