**Overview**

**Key Duties**
- Plan, manage, and execute international trade and export operations in compliance with all relevant laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate export documentation including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (COO), GSP forms, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs house agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters for smooth logistics and timely customs clearance.
- Arrange and track transportation of goods across various Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Negotiate freight rates, transportation charges, and applicable taxes to optimize costs.
- Review Letters of Credit (LCs) and liaise with customers to ensure compliance with all export documentation and financial terms.
- Develop and implement export strategies, dispatch plans, and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Maintain up-to-date MIS reports and shipment records for internal tracking and compliance reporting.
- Monitor global market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and continuously improve export performance.
- Support internal teams with guidance on trade compliance, export procedures, and shipment coordination; provide backup for shipping and receiving operations as needed.

**Experience and Skills**
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in international export logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific compliance procedures.
- Proven ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and transporters for seamless shipment execution.
- Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools for efficient workflow and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.

**Preference**
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of specialized shipping requirements for sports goods.
- Working experience in international marketing and sales would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
