Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Growth Manager with experience in the SaaS, IT, and BPO industries to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns specifically tailored to SaaS products and BPO services. You will be responsible for driving paid search strategies, managing budgets, and continuously optimizing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

The focus will be on maximizing ROI and business growth in the highly competitive SaaS, IT, and BPO landscapes. Key Responsibilities:Develop & execute LinkedIn growth strategies

Craft content that builds authority & engages target audiences

Drive lead generation with Sales Navigator & organic outreach

Optimize profiles & pages for SEO and conversions

Track performance & improve results with data insights

Campaign Creation & Optimization: Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for SaaS, IT, and BPO offerings across Search, and remarketing to drive high-value leads and conversions. SaaS-Specific Campaign Strategy: Tailor LinkedIn Ads strategies for SaaS businesses, focusing on lead generation, free trials, and subscription models to drive long-term customer acquisition. Ad Copy Creation & A/B Testing: Write compelling ad copy focused on the pain points of the SaaS and IT industries.

A/B test ads and landing pages to continuously improve CTR and conversion rates. Bid Management & Budget Allocation: Manage bidding strategies, set and adjust budgets, and ensure optimal spend allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI, particularly in the SaaS and IT sectors. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data regularly, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide detailed reports on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Implement and manage Google Analytics and conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Remarketing & Audience Segmentation: Leverage remarketing and advanced audience segmentation (e.g., in-market, custom intent, and lookalike audiences) to target potential customers across multiple touch points. Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor research to identify industry trends, gaps in the market, and areas for improvement in Google Ads campaigns. SaaS Sales Funnel Understanding: Use a deep understanding of the SaaS sales funnel to create Google Ads campaigns that cater to each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications:Proven success in growing LinkedIn profiles and company pages

Experience in B2B (preferably BPO/SaaS)Strong skills in storytelling, lead generation, and analytics

Preferred Skills:Experience & managing LinkedIn growth strategies for both B2B and B2C SaaS, IT, and BPO companies. Familiarity with advanced remarketing techniques, such as dynamic remarketing and sequential retargeting. Experience with landing page optimization for improving conversion rates and user experience.

Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms for integrating paid media with sales funnels. Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for targeting enterprise-level clients in IT and BPO sectors. Interested candidates can share their CV at ************
