About the role
A CSA in this role is responsible for processing data with high accuracy and pace in a specified format while adhering to the prescribed SLA.
Role & Responsibility
- Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained in prescribed manner.
- Checks the data received from the client for complete details.
- Re-enters the given data into a client specified format.
- Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities.
- Uses PC application and functions, such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint or client specified mainframes to update and load data sets.
- Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the project requirement and meets the specified quality standards
- Assures protection of the systems and data by performing at least one system back up per day.
- Generates statistical and data reports as required
- Examine and evaluate document contents to insure accuracy and to correct inconsistencies
- Maintaining confidentiality, verifying information, building a physical filing system, backing up data and updating data entry software
Experience
Required: 2 Years of experience into Banking domain in backend process.
