About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic
LPO Project Manager (Client Coordination)
to oversee international client accounts, manage project delivery, and ensure seamless execution. This role requires a strong communicator and strategic leader who can build lasting client relationships, resolve concerns effectively, and lead teams toward delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for international clients, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term professional partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives and project expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members while monitoring productivity, performance, and overall well-being.
  • Address and resolve team grievances while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to client concerns with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management, Legal, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in
    team handling, project management, or client servicing for international clients
    .
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-handling skills with a proven record of managing client escalations.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English with the ability to build professional client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in international
    Legal and Finance domains
    will be an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced global environment.
