We are seeking a
results-driven and dynamic LPO Project Manager (Client Coordination)
to manage international client accounts, oversee project delivery, and ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic leader capable of fostering long-term client relationships, resolving issues effectively, and leading teams toward consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Location:

Noida, Sector 63 (H Block) 

Shift Timing:

9 PM – 6 AM (Night Shift) 

Commute:

Self-commute 

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in Team Handling (Project Management) 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for international clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and long-term professional partnerships.
  • Understand client goals and align internal project execution to meet those objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to maintain high performance and engagement levels.
  • Address and resolve team concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Handle client escalations proactively with effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination and project delivery.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling, project management, or client servicing for international clients.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities with proven experience in handling client escalations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) and professional client interaction ability.
  • Prior experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or Finance domain is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced international work environment.
