Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of

complex IT initiatives, including mobile and web application projects. This role requires a proactive leader

who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and

alignment with strategic business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams, manage

risks, and drive continuous improvement to optimize project execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IT project management, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and PMI

standards.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with

stakeholders.

Oversee project risks, dependencies, and critical milestones, proactively implementing mitigation

strategies.

Monitor project performance, track key deliverables, and implement corrective actions when

necessary.

Conduct project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and remote teams across different time zones to ensure

smooth execution.

Develop and implement change management strategies, including training, documentation, and

communication plans.

Ensure high-quality project deliverables that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

Drive continuous process improvement, leveraging industry trends and best practices to optimize

project execution.

Utilize deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless project

delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading

complex projects.

Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions in high-pressure environments.

Outstanding communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams across different time zones.
