About the Role

We are seeking a capable and proactive Project Manager to join our remote team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a mid-level PM with strong communication and task management skills, and some familiarity with CyberArk and/or SailPoint project delivery. Youll work closely with our technical delivery teams to ensure successful execution of identity and access management projects. While deep technical knowledge is not required, an understanding of how IAM tools like CyberArk and SailPoint fit into delivery projects is valuable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day project management activities for identity and access management projects
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers
  • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for flawless execution
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Manage budget tracking, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Organize and lead regular customer status calls
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or cybersecurity-related projects
  • Experience working with remote/offshore teams
  • Exposure to CyberArk and/or SailPoint delivery projects (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders effectively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working independently with limited supervision

Nice to Have NOT MUST HAVE

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
  • Prior experience working with or within MSSPs or identity/security teams.
