About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, development, and operations to align on timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication between team members, clients, and leadership.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation as required.
  • Identify risks and proactively propose solutions to ensure project success.
  • Support resource allocation, task assignment, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
