Technical Support Specialist

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Preference will be given to those with experience in BPO or the service industry.

Gurgaon
Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts (24x7 support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting support over the phone to Intermedia's global customer base.
- Handle basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Competencies:
- Networking:
Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts. - Computer Proficiency:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software. - Operating Systems:
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, as well as mobile operating systems like Android and iOS.
Essential Skills:
- Communication:
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues efficiently. Must handle sensitive customer information with care. - Customer Focus:
Demonstrates empathy and patience, even in challenging situations. Builds rapport with customers and maintains a courteous, energetic, and professional demeanor. - Learning Orientation:
