Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Lead with strong expertise in Swift along with either hybrid development experience (React Native or Flutter) OR Kotlin. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams or projects and be well-versed in mobile application development best practices. Experience : 5 to 8 years.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proficiency in Swift with experience in either React Native or Flutter OR Swift + Kotlin.
  • Experience leading teams or managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience in mobile architecture and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills :

  • SDK development experience.
  • Experience in client interfacing and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Realm, Firebase Firestore, or Amazon S3.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and best coding practices.
  • Location : Someone who can relocate to Coimbatore.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage mobile development teams and projects.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy mobile applications with high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, backend, and product management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with backend services.
  • Optimize app performance and ensure security best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Handle client interactions and provide technical guidance.
