Role Description

Whitelane is building India and the Middle East's most exciting chain of premium entertainment experiences:

  • Loco Bear: Family Entertainment Centre (FEC)

  • Loco Lane: Competitive Socialising

  • Loco Golf: Socialising + Food Driven

F&B is the soul of our experience. We are looking for a bold, imaginative, commercially sharp F&B Consultant to architect the food journey across every touchpoint. This is a flagship leadership role that will shape everything from menus and service standards to vendor ecosystems and kitchen layouts across cities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Customer Service and effective Communication skills
  • Culinary Skills and knowledge of food preparation
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event planning and management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred

We're looking for someone who combines food vision with execution capability.

  • Has built or scaled multi-city formats (QSR / casual dining / bars / experiential F&B)

  • Understands costing, plating, supply chain, and team training

  • Obsessed with presentation, guest experience, and social media impact

  • Structured, driven, collaborative and comfortable working with founder teams
