Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Bhopal. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, developing customer service policies, and working closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving customer complaints
- Ability to develop and implement customer service policies
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Previous experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
