The platform will deliver a wide range of services, including Company Incorporation, Taxation, Accounting, GST, ROC Filing, FSSAI, Trademark Registration, 12A/80G Registration, and other legal and compliance solutions — all through a tech-driven interface.

Our vision is to simplify compliance and empower entrepreneurs by combining technology, business expertise, and professional service networks.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business & Tech Head – Growth & Expansion to lead, manage, and scale the Business Registration & Compliance vertical of

This is a leadership role responsible for both business growth (strategy, partnerships, pricing, expansion) and technology management (portal upgrades, automation, marketing tech, and performance).

Candidates who have prior experience in similar organizations (such as IndiaFilings, Vakilsearch, MyOnlineCA, LegalRaasta, etc.) will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Strategy & Expansion

  • Build and execute a scalable business model for
  • Identify and onboard CA, CS, and Legal partners for service delivery
  • Develop partnership programs with startups, MSMEs, and consultancy firms
  • Drive P&L, revenue targets, and operational efficiency across service lines

2. Technology & Platform Management

  • Oversee portal development, upgrades, and automation
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for UI/UX improvement and feature enhancement
  • Manage integrations (payment gateway, CRM, ticketing, lead tracking)
  • Ensure platform uptime, performance monitoring, and tech-driven workflows

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Content, Email, etc.)
  • Create and manage marketing funnels and landing pages for lead generation
  • Increase brand visibility and organic traffic through consistent marketing strategies
  • Track digital KPIs and ROI from campaigns

4. Product Development & Pricing

  • Design, review, and optimize pricing for all services (Company Registration, GST, FSSAI, Trademark, etc.)
  • Benchmark competitor pricing and introduce bundled offerings
  • Ensure service documentation, pricing transparency, and cost efficiency
  • Introduce subscription-based or SaaS-like service models for recurring revenue

5. Operations & Team Leadership

  • Build and lead cross-functional teams — Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Support
  • Ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain communication between CA/CS partners, internal staff, and clients
  • Prepare monthly reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Business Registration, Compliance, and Legal-Tech ecosystem
  • Hands-on knowledge of web platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Strategic mindset for pricing, sales, and service expansion
  • Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented approach

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Commerce, Law, or Marketing
  • Preferred: MBA / B.Tech (IT or Computer Science)/CA / CS /
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Startup Consulting, Compliance, or Legal-Tech domains

Preferred Background:

Candidates who have previously worked with similar Business Registration, Compliance, or Legal-Tech companies will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
