Job Description – District Coordinator,
Position Overview
The District Coordinator will be responsible for driving enrollments, partnerships, and revenue generation in education and skill training programs within the assigned district. The role requires active engagement with schools, local authorities, and community networks. The position reports directly to the State Head and plays a key role in meeting district-level sales and outreach targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets for skill training programs in the district.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, vocational institutes, NGOs, and local organizations for mobilization.
Organize awareness drives, career counseling sessions, and seminars to promote programs.
Identify potential learners and mobilize them through community networks, digital campaigns, and direct engagement.
Coordination & Team Management
Work closely with the State Head to develop district-level sales strategies and execution plans.
Coordinate with field mobilizers, counselors, and training partners to ensure smooth operations.
Support in achieving performance benchmarks.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track leads, conversions, and revenue through CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the State Head.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with district education authorities, local industry associations, and skill councils to create collaborative opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with placement partners and employers to facilitate student job opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in education/skill training/EdTech.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing district-level operations.
Skills Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication & presentation abilities (local language + English/Hindi).
Relationship-building and networking capabilities.
Ability to lead field teams and motivate them towards targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the district.

Supervises: Field Mobilizers / Counselors / and Co ordination with Corporate office
