Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Executive who is passionate about building people-first organizations. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This is a high-impact role where you'll help scale BeSpoke's team during a period of rapid global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across tech, design, and business functions.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to boost morale, collaboration, and retention.
  • Oversee HR operations: maintain employee records, manage HRMS, coordinate payroll, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Support performance management and training initiatives aligned with company growth.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (startup/tech/fashion industry exposure preferred).
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, payroll processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to work in a dynamic startup environment.
