Job Summary:

The Senior Liaison Executive will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals, clearances, and compliance for the organization's projects. This role requires excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, along with a basic understanding of statutory requirements and government processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government offices, municipal corporations, electricity boards, pollution control boards, and other regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and permits.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements related to company operations and ongoing projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit applications and documentation required for regulatory approvals.
  • Follow up on submissions to ensure timely processing and receipt of approvals/clearances.
  • Support in resolving matters related to land, property, electricity, taxation, and other statutory concerns.
  • Keep the management informed about changes in relevant government policies, rules, or regulations that may affect the business.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of all liaison activities and correspondence.

  • Basic knowledge of government regulations, compliance procedures, and statutory approval processes
  • Ability to handle follow-ups, resolve issues, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3-5 year of experience in liaisoning or government relations.
  • Familiarity with government approval processes, especially in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector, is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
